Agreement to Terms

By using the bootlegbullets.com website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Customer Affidavit

By placing an order, you confirm that the following are true:

You are at least 21 years old.
Purchasing products from Bootleg Bullets does not violate any federal, state, or local laws.
You are not under indictment or convicted of a felony punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
You are not a fugitive from justice, nor an unlawful user of controlled substances.
You have not been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.
You are not subject to dishonorable discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces.
You have not renounced U.S. citizenship and are not restricted by a domestic violence restraining order.

Indemnification for Misrepresentation

If any statements in the Customer Affidavit are false, you agree to indemnify and defend Bootleg Bullet Company LLC from any resulting damages or legal claims.

Shipping Policies

Once delivered, ownership of the product passes to you, and Bootleg Bullets is not responsible for theft, damage, or misuse.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, California, New York City, or any location where restricted by law.

Shipping to New York

All ammunition shipped to New York must go through a federal firearms licensee (FFL) or registered ammunition seller.

Returns and Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If canceled by Bootleg Bullets due to non-compliance, you may incur a cancellation fee.

Returns of Defective Products

Contact info@bootlegbullets.com within 30 days for damaged or defective products. A return form and photos are required for processing.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

Bootleg Bullets is not responsible for product defects, misuse, or safety. You agree to indemnify Bootleg Bullets from any claims related to the purchase or use of their products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Any legal disputes must be filed in courts within Clark County, WA.

Class Action Waiver

All claims must be resolved individually, and you waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.

Recording of Customer Communications

We may record phone calls with our representatives for quality and security purposes.

Trademarks and Copyright

All content on bootlegbullets.com is copyrighted by Bootleg Bullet Company LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is prohibited.

Reporting Illegal Activity

If you are aware of illegal firearms-related activity, report it to the ATF at 1-800-ATF-GUNS or ATFTips@atf.gov.
